Course Contents
- Overview, relevance of human factors in interaction design
- Human information processing in user experience design
- Develop a deep understanding of how cognitive and physical aspects of human behaviour influence design
- Structured Human Factors Critique
- Interface analysis methods
- Get an exposure to a range of Cognitive load measurement tools/methods and framework for selecting appropriate method
- Exposure and demonstration of equipment such as eye trackers, GSR, EEG, iMotions software
- Discussion on different case studies related to human factors/ergonomics
- Working on a group project for hands-on experience of the discussed tools and methods
- Data capture and testing of the prototype, capturing insights and comparing with pre-study results and inferences
System of Evaluation
A participant is awarded a grade based on his/her performance in examinations/assignments in every course registered by him/her. These grades are described by the letter
