Course Contents
- Develop a holistic understanding of AI: Understand the full AI spectrum—from classical AI and machine learning to Generative AI and Agentic AI—and identify where each approach is most appropriate.
- Build confidence in using AI for productivity and leadership: Apply AI tools to improve personal productivity, decision support, communication, planning, team coordination, and knowledge work.
- Identify and prioritize meaningful AI opportunities: Recognize high-value AI use cases, assess organizational readiness, and distinguish quick productivity gains from larger transformation initiatives.
- Lead AI initiatives with informed technological judgment:Understand how data, cloud, APIs, enterprise systems, workflows, RAG, platforms, and agents come together, enabling more effective engagement with technology and engineering teams.
- Translate AI ideas into responsible and scalable action:Develop the ability to prototype, evaluate, govern, implement, and scale AI initiatives while considering business value, human oversight, risk, ethics, security, and change management.
